The Making of a Leader

Robin’s leadership philosophy stems from personal experience. Early in his career, he worked under managers whose poor leadership left lasting impressions—not in a positive way. “It made me realize how leadership shapes experiences, motivation, and performance,” he reflects. Career & Education

Robin began his academic journey with a degree in Biology from Durham University. He initially entered the healthcare industry, working as a medical representative in London. However, it was through navigating career transitions and overcoming setbacks that he discovered his true calling—emotional intelligence.

Today, his company Ei4Change is a globally awarded venture specializing in emotional intelligence training, especially within workplace settings.
