It developed through hands-on experience in technology, construction, infrastructure, sales, and customer engagement.

Her early work on the infrastructure and construction side taught her that execution and accountability matter. Systems must perform, projects must be delivered, and customers need partners they can trust.

Sales became another important chapter. As an award-winning sales representative and later an award-winning sales manager, Chrissy learned that sustainable success is not about aggressive selling. It comes from understanding the customer’s business, assembling the right team, providing honest guidance, and consistently following through.

She later founded and grew her own technology design firm, which was successfully merged into a larger organization. Building a business gave her experience across operations, sales, client relationships, financial accountability, team development, and long-term strategy.

As her career moved deeper into data centers and mission-critical infrastructure, one truth became impossible to overlook: no matter how advanced the technology inside a data center becomes, it cannot operate without reliable and resilient energy infrastructure.

That realization ultimately led her to critical power, battery systems, and energy storage—and to her current role at MPI Energy.

She encourages emerging leaders to ask questions and learn from engineers, operators, technicians, construction professionals, sales leaders, and customers.

She also believes sales should be centered on solving problems rather than persuading people. Understanding a customer’s risks and goals—and helping them make better decisions—creates trust that can last throughout a career.

Above all, she encourages professionals to build relationships before they need them, follow through on commitments, know their value, and remain willing to learn.

Chrissy’s current focus includes helping MPI Energy support the next generation of data-center development across North America and global markets.

The company’s expansion into a larger Dallas-area facility represents another step in increasing its ability to serve customers across Texas, North America, and beyond.

But her ambitions extend further.
