Founder & Publisher – Honeysuckle Media
Championing Creative Freedom and Purpose-Driven Media
Ronit Pinto is the driving force behind Honeysuckle Media, the award-winning independent platform redefining what a media brand can be. As Founder and Publisher, she has built a global ecosystem known for immersive storytelling, cultural disruption, and fearless advocacy across plant medicine, social equity, and creative expression.
At a time when most media follows the algorithm, Ronit leads with intuition, intention, and impact—proving that vision, not permission, is what shapes the future.
From Passion Project to Cultural Catalyst
Honeysuckle wasn’t born in a boardroom. It was born out of necessity—a creative survival instinct, a refusal to conform, and a belief in the power of truthful, boundary-pushing media. What began as a print zine has evolved into a full-scale media company with international reach, known for breaking cultural taboos and spotlighting the untold.
Under Ronit’s leadership, Honeysuckle became the first plant-focused media brand to run cannabis and hemp campaigns in Times Square—a historic milestone in normalizing the plant through mainstream visibility. The brand’s presence spans over 400 global locations and has been featured in outlets including Rolling Stone, High Times, Forbes, and Paper Magazine.
Built Without a Safety Net—Fueled by Vision
Ronit launched Honeysuckle without outside funding, corporate backing, or a traditional roadmap. She built everything from the ground up—leveraging creativity, talent, and an unshakable drive. Her refusal to wait for permission led to multiple Clio Awards, Women in Media honors, and collaborations with icons like Wiz Khalifa, Ice-T, B-Real, and Mike Tyson, alongside major brands and government agencies.
Her story isn’t about luck—it’s about resilience, grit, and inventing the lane when none existed.
A Mission Rooted in Freedom and Cultural Truth
“In a world that often meets truth with resistance—and expression with hate—Ronit has turned adversity into art. Honeysuckle was built to stand where silence was expected, and to keep telling stories even when it’s unpopular or uncomfortable.”
At the heart of Honeysuckle lies a radical mission:
“To create, tell the truth, and live freely.”
Ronit’s editorial vision prioritizes marginalized voices, cultural beauty, and creative autonomy. She challenges outdated media structures by proving that independent platforms—built with soul—can lead global discourse, shape movements, and inspire generations.
Turning Challenges Into Creative Infrastructure
When faced with censorship, limited distribution, or resource constraints, Ronit didn’t retreat—she expanded. She launched Honeysuckle Studios, a creative production arm supporting immersive storytelling, branded content, and original film. She scaled Honeysuckle’s print editions to include global distribution, producing magazine issues that now feature celebrities, connoisseurs, activists, and changemakers from New York to Berlin, Tel Aviv, and Bangkok.
Through her creative agency, Honey Films, and ongoing partnerships, Ronit is further expanding Honeysuckle’s footprint into film, tech, and global storytelling. Her latest projects include verticals exploring the future of wellness, cultural innovation, and immersive media experiences.
Everything is done in-house. Every risk is intentional.
Global Reach. Local Soul.
Ronit’s work has built a transnational creative bridge—connecting underground movements with legacy media, emerging brands with cultural icons, and East Coast edge with international relevance. Honeysuckle now operates between New York, LA, Amsterdam, Berlin, Bangkok, and Tel Aviv, cultivating a global network of visionaries across cannabis, culture, and social change.
